We can do: outlets, switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans, mounting (TVs/shelves/art/mirrors), blinds & shades, small drywall patches, paint touch-ups, faucets & showerheads, toilet parts, garbage disposals, caulking, weatherstripping, thermostats, smoke/CO detectors, doors/locks/hardware, furniture assembly, grab bars, fridge water lines, ice-maker & dishwasher parts, and similar odds & ends.
We can't (Utah — we refer a licensed pro): gas lines/leaks, water heaters, main-line plumbing/sewer/street shutoff, HVAC/furnace/AC, breaker panel & new circuits, roofing/structural, large drywall or paint jobs, mold/asbestos. Microwaves: no serviceable parts — replace if dead.
